There are stains on the carpet, the bathtub faucet is rusty, the plug is not attached in the bathtub, the tv is satellite so with the storm there was no tv, the elevator feels like it is going to fall out.

Great service by front desk lady. She came and checked when i had a question about someone getting in the back door after digging in the trash can (for a key left there?). Breakfast was very good and the lady managing that was very nice and helpful. Only 2 things that were not great: phone in room 304 didn't work, and the side driveway was really rutted and bumpy. Very clean, great stay, great value for the money!

When we checked in, there were no linens in our room. So we went back to the front desk to get more. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were marked soft and firm. Neither were firm at all. The room itself was very nice and clean tho.
