프런트에 있는 직원의 대응이 너무 비전문적이었습니다. 그리고 밤에 샤워를 하려 했는데 온수가 나오지 않아 고생하였습니다. 풍광이 좋은 곳에 있는 호텔인데 손님을 맞을 준비가 제대로 되어 있지 않다고 생각합니다.

방충망이 부서져서 벌레가 들어와서 휴지로 막았어요! 그외에는 청결, 편안하고 뷰도 좋아요. 음식도 시켜먹을 수 있고 다 좋았습니다.

오래된 건물인것 같은데 관리를 잘하고 있는것 같아요. 직원분들이 매우 친절해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 출장으로 동료와 함께 트윈객실 사용했고 만족했습니다. 위치는 시내와도 가깝고 주변에 예쁜 카페가 있어 좋았습니다.

객실 리모델링해서 내부 컨디션만 괜찮지 공기관리가 전혀안됩니다. 카펫에서 올라오는 안좋은 세균들이 공기중에서 섞여있단 느낌뿐아니라 건물내 지하는 어떻길래 큼큼한 냄새가 그렇게 나 심할수 있나요.. 코에 다음날 껍질이 딱딱하게 꽉 막혀있었어요. 그만큼 공기가 안좋단은거죠. 목도 아팠구요. 에어컨 돌아가는 소리만 들리지 제기능을 못하고 있었구요.객실안에 전화기는 장식용입니다. 전원이 뽑혀있어서 무등파크호텔 대표번호로 전화했습니다. 욕실 문은 미닫이 식인데 닫으면 문이 자꾸 열려서 절반정도 열어논상태로 씻었습니다. 당연히 물이 사방에 튀구요. 수압은....참... 볼일보고나면 물을 3번은 내려야 내려갑니다... 진짜 여기는 무료쿠폰 나눠줘도 다시는 가고 싶지 않네요. 이렇게 장문으로 남기는데도 집중력과 에너지가 필요합니다.그럼에도 이렇게 남기는 이유는 저처럼 최악의 1박을 다른분은 겪지 않았으면 하는맘때문입니다. 이렇게 운영해도 운영비 당연히 많이 들어갈테고 나름대로 관리는 하시겠지만 호텔이란 명칭을 쓰시려면 그에 걸맞는 내부상태와 서비스가 필요하지 않을까요?

도심 10분, 자연 속 호텔, 리모델링으로 현대식.

광주도심에서 십분만 벗어나도 산중턱의 자연이네요! 붙어있는 유원지가 호텔 소유, 관리인지 모르겠으나 휴장 안내가 없어서 헛걸음하는 사람들을 몇명이나 봤어요.

전체적으로 좀 실망했습니다.

겨울이라 추웠는데 실내온도가 좀 추웠고 침구가 찢어져 있었으며 Tv가 고장 방을 욺겨야 했습니다. 직원분은 대체로 친절하셨지만 호텔이 모텔 수준도 안되어 실망스러웠습니다. 그리고 세면도구도 준비가 미흡했습니다.
침구가 찢어져 있어서 나오면서 직원분께 말씀드렸습니다.

투자 대비, 운영의 수준이 못 따르는 듯, 실내 인테리어도 잘 했음에도 주차장 진입로의 복잡함 등으로 첫인상이 안 좋았네요. 그래도 호텔 내에 청결이나 인테리어는 가격대비 만족했습니다.
