"The property is in serious disrepair! The veranda had a hole in it they just covered with a chair. The toilet had fesces in it. The pool was green with algae. The didn’t tell us there was no power and were running on a generator that the turned off in the night with no warning leaving us in the dark ..."

"- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation - they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin ..."
