“チェックイン時は暑かったので心配しましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。近くの龍勢苑もとてもおいしかったです。蚊やブヨなどに刺されることもなく、夜の焚き火や手持ち花火も楽しめました。清潔にわかりやすく用意されていたので、とても良かったです。冷蔵庫がちょっと弱かったかもしれないです。”

"1. 位於川越駅東出口天橋連接酒店所在大樓，再搭電梯上7樓lobby. 自助check in, 仍然有員工協助，也很有禮貌。還還有免費自助咖啡/茶。 2. 雙床房有兩張小梳化椅和小圓枱，曰式家庭衛浴設計，但洗澡時冇地方掛衣服。水量足又夠熱。缺點是沒有正式枱面或櫃放東西，打開行李箱就冇路行。 3. 只有2枱洗衣機實在太小，雖然可以透過電視查看使用程況，仍然要現場排隊，需要改善。 4. 酒店下面2樓及地下有餐廳，7-11， Seria 100yen shop。附近行2分鐘有本地超市及Daiso。或者經2樓天橋行去火車站附近商場有好多選擇。"
