「Perfect location for walkability to all events at F&W Classic. Lovely home, comfortable, with everything we needed to enjoy and relax.」

「Our family of eight adults (three married couples and two bachelor brothers) and an infant stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, 2024. The condo was exactly the type of space to give each couple their personal space and the brothers shared the bunk bedroom. The kitchen and living space allowed us all to meet together and play games or watch TV/movies. There was not a lot to do at this time of year in Colorado, but we enjoyed spending time together as a family in the condo, playing board games...

「Old and tired. Way too full of old, uncomfortable, broken down furniture. Dusty, allergens alert. Glassed in outdoor deck. Not a good idea for enjoyment of stream side setting in summer and can image it making in cold in winter. Needs a major re-do. Pictures in VRBO listing poorly represented condo.」

「Very comfortable apartment: clean, fully equipped, and spacious. Great location: walking distance to downtown, trails, bike path and Gondola.The staff at The Grant is very friendly. The pool and hot tubs are very nice. Overall an excellent place to stay if visiting Aspen and surrounding areas.」

「The location was great we could ski in/out of our unit and at night we were able to walk up to the village. Michael the host was very accommodating and had alot of extras in the condo which you usually do not find, I would highly recommend this unit and when we return we return to Beaver Creek this is the place I will return too.」

「This property did not disappoint. Everything was clean and orderly and there was plenty of space to put our belongings. The condo is located in a cute little area surrounded by manicured greenery. Walking steps to the hot tub or to a cute little fire pit area . Definitely would stay here again . The host was so nice as to even provide a welcoming bottle of wine, nice touch!」

「Great condo in a great location」

「Overall we loved the condo we rented. It was ideally located in Aspen and we could walk to everything. It had everything we could need and accommodated our adult children well, and we could bring our dog. We initially rented it so we could watch our son and his friend finish the grand traverse race, but as the weather changed the race changed. Regardless it was a great space. We would rent it again!」

「Being right on Lake Nottingham, in Avon, near Beaver Creek, Vail, and Edwards was great. The beach on the lake, paddle boards, kayaks, playground, and dog-friendliness were beyond our expectations. I want to come back again soon.」
