Journee pluvieuse donc pas de chance, ville désertee vu la frontière fermée avec la Chine. Hotel de catégorie basique sans personnel parlant anglais. Système d eau chaude défaillant ainsi que le chauffage d appoint. Mais vu le prix de la chambre il doit être dans la bonne moyenne des environs.

Good location, good hotel

Nice hotel, great location. Spent two nights here before doing the Ha Giang loop, which if you are in this area and not doing the loop, you are missing out! It is incredible. Anyway, no food at this hotel but there are restaurants along the street within walking distance. Room was decent, nothing special. Shower head did not work so I had to use the body sprayer and there was ants on the bathroom sink, but other than that everything was fine. For the price it is a good deal.

Property was clean and relatively comfortable. The staff DO NOT speak any English and make little effort to be helpful. They do not offer Breakfast even though they advertise it. Tons of places to get coffee by nothing breakfast like anywhere around.

The hotel is clean and they change the bedsheets, which was not always the case in other properties in the north. Rooms were quiet and all was working. Hotel staff does not speak any English so we communicated via online translator. They have indoor secured parking for bikes. Good eats nearby

Great Hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was clean and well-kept. The facilities were like new! There is nice motorbike parking underground, and the building felt quite safe. I even accidentally left my iphoneX in the lobby for a few hours, and when I came downstairs searching for it they told me they’d found it and kept it in a safe place for me and then returned it!

Great hotel for a night

We have stayed at this hotel before going to the dong van loop. The hotel is clean, room has hot water in the shower and everything is in a new condition. The area is a bit noisy however. Overall a great place to stay for a night or two.

Brilliant staff

We had a great stay here. They were so accomodating and allowed us to leave our bags there for 2 days while we went on a tour and gave us a room to shower in when we returned. Very good service. Beds are the best but we slept just fine in them.

Everything was great. They brought me a heater because it was quite cold. Shower was great. Location good. That about covers it but I’m required to write more. What else can I say?
