Stayed at Champton Hanoi and had a pretty good time! The breakfast buffet was awesome, rooms were comfy. But, the pool was under renovation, and we heard drilling sounds above our room on the first day – a heads-up would’ve been nice. They should offer an accommodation coupon or something as compensation. Also, more drinking water in the room would be great.

The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one. Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

酒店位置非常方便,附近有很多非常好的食店。 客房房間大,牀舒適,正體都很整潔,我們預訂古城景,後來升級有露台,非常舒適,十分感謝酒店的安排。 早餐都很豐富美味,中西越的食物也有,任君選擇。 至於員工,他們都非常有禮,熱情招侍,令你感到很愉快,尤其是下午上班的那位驕小女接待員,非常有禮,很負責任,各樣事情都辦得盡善盡美,真是一位好員工。
