I felt like I was a princess in a palace . The room are modernized, large and the amenities were insane :Sauna ,gym and pool were included with my stay. Breakfast was amazing. No complaints whatsoever.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and everything it has to offer.
What really stood out, though, was the service—especially from Rose. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by giving us food recommendations around the area. We ended up trying all of her suggestions, and every single place was amazing. It honestly made our trip even more memorable.
Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay and outstanding service made this hotel a great choice. I’d definitely recommend Hotel du LAC to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The staff were excellent—friendly, fluent in English, and always quick to assist with any request. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a charming balcony overlooking the streets of the Old Quarter that made us feel like locals right away.
Breakfast had some hits and misses: the crepes were delicious and became our daily favorite, while other items, like the Danish pastries, could use improvement. My husband did experience some food sickness, possibly from the salami, though I was unaffected.
Overall, despite the food needing some refinement, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the welcoming staff, comfortable room, and great location.

I had an excellent experience with the hotel staff—their courtesy and warm welcome truly stood out. They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable.
What impressed me most was their willingness to suggest great tourist spots and guide us with genuine care. Their support made the entire stay much more enjoyable.
I would give 100% credit to the staff for making this experience so memorable. Highly appreciated!

Very clean hotel with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The view of Ha Long Bay is beautiful, especially in the morning. Breakfast has a great variety with both Asian and Western options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
