Horrible Stay - Very Stressful Experience
10 of us flew from Boston, USA for our nieces wedding in Denmark. Reading a poor review and having children and elderly in our party with astma and allegeries - I called in advance to ensure the place was cleaned throughly.
Except for outside the house, the pictures are a horrible representation of the farmhouse. There were dead bugs in the family room, bathrooms, and common areas. The place hasn't been cleaned, spider webs and dust were every where.
Two of our family members got astma attacks, swollen faces from the dust and dirt in the house, and slept in the rental van. We vacated the place within 24 hours of our stay - even though we booked for the week.
Novosol who manages the property was very difficult to deal with. We had week of wedding events, including Day 1 was Tuesday afternoon - and we vacated Tuesday morning. Novosol, refused to book me another property, they told me wait until a Novosol inspector showed up even after I sent photos then told me the host had to inspect the property. During this time, our entire family (6 adults, 4 children) all jetlagged had no place to stay.
The worst part of this experience was that Novosol charged me for the entire week of staying at this horrendous property, even when we vacated with reason. As well as charge me for the new place we stayed at.
