Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip.

This hotel is convenient to go to Shoin Shrine on foot, although it is a steep climb from Shoin Shrine to the hotel. They have a shuttle from and to the station. They also provide baggage pick-up from the train station. The staff are very kind and friendly. Food is great.

スタッフの方々のとても丁寧なカスタマーサービスにホテル到着時から感動しまた。 建物全体は多少古さを感じられる部分はありますが清潔でお部屋も清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。 温泉は露天、屋内とあり風呂のタイプも何種類かあり楽しめました。 シャトルバスで行く足湯も萩の夜景を見ながら楽しむことができ良い体験になりました。 レストランでの夕食も美味しく十分な量で満足しました。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。
