The property was perfect for our family and made for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute in this comfortable vacation home. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days at the parks. Kazan was attentive and responsive, staying in touch and addressing any needs promptly. The perfect place to stay

Having visited the villa for the second year running as expected we were blown away with how perfect this was for all of us. Plenty of golf for the fellas and plenty of pool and retail therapy for the ladies. The villa was pristine and in a perfect location and welcoming and communication with the host was first class. There are plenty of options locally for eating with Manny’s Chophouse a particular favourite. Conveniently located to be away from the hustle and bustle but within an hour of Disney / Universal (even on a busy day on the I4) and Busch Gardens and Tampa.

This place is absolutely amazing. The location is the best we have stayed in Florida. We could go on walks with our kids every day, go swimming in the pool, walk to Walmart if we wanted. The pool was perfect size. The lanai was perfect rain or shine because the sitting areas is covered. The rooms were wonderful and clean. Kazan is an amazing host and gets back to you if I had ANY questions at all. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone. Drive time wasn’t bad either, to Disney, or Busch gardens either.

The drive to Disney wasent bad. Traffic could get a little lengthy. The place was clean, the heater on the pool was perfect for the kids. We came to celebrate our kids bdays and Christmas. I wouldn't consider it luxury but it was clean, nice, and comftorable. Would def stay again.

Villa is listed as luxury. Not really how I would describe it. Sagging sofa, broken clothes maiden, one tea spoon, mixed pottery dated furnishings and bathrooms, not what I would describe as luxury. Communication was good with owners, check in easy and neighbour hood was convenient. About 40 min drive to Disney parks, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. I would give this property an 3 star rating overall.

This house was amazing. Spotless. Looked exactly like the photos. Usually the houses seem bigger in photos, and this one was bigger in person! Huge bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The pool was outstandin, extremely clean and warm! Everything was well kept, inside and out. My family and i have stayed in quite a few rentals and this was our favorite. Definitely will be staying again! Felt very safe in the neighborhood, and surrounding areas. Beautiful house and gold course/neighborhood! 10/10. Host was amazing and answered any questions i had almost immediately. Loved it! Great vacation.

Fabulous Stay!

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The property is an absolute delight and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Our trip to Orlando this year was to relax by the pool and the guys to go golfing (we have done the parks a couple of times), and we could not have asked for anything more! Kazan was the most wonderful host, who helped us move to this villa from the original we had booked into, that did not have a functioning pool. Kazan could not do enough for us in a very difficult situation that did spoil our first 2 days of our holiday. The communication from Kazan was above and beyond what we expected, and I felt that I had made a friend. Lovely home

This is the seventh property we’ve stayed in in the Orlando area and we found it to be excellent. It was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and had every single kitchen gadget you can think of to make our stay more comfortable - the air fryer was a godsend when the kids wanted a quick and easy meal. Kazan, the host, was always extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and the home is in a beautiful community that is extremely peaceful and pristinely maintained. We loved that Walmart was just a five minute walk away (so convenient when you run out of groceries) and our favourite restaurant, Manny’s, is just a short walk or even shorter drive away. My only (minor) criticisms would be; there weren’t quite enough coat hangers for our clothes; there are only two bathrooms (which was occasionally an inconvenience if our teenage boys were using one each - you know how long men love to take in the bathroom); the light over the outdoor area didn’t work - perhaps a bulb had gone but it was too high for us to reach; and the pool deck had a few rust stains from the furniture and maybe is due a touch-up. All that said, it wasn’t enough to put us off and we have already booked this home again for next year. It was a delightful stay and I can’t wait to return.

Super Time

Stayed here recently with family and had a brilliant time. Villa is excellent and in a great situation. Great view watching the golfers and sunsets. Gated community which is excellent and very safe. House has everything you would want though a little bit more utensils would be beneficial in the kitchen. The only other gripe I had was there was quite a few bugs in the pool each morning which I know is normal but seemed more than there should be. However I think all was required was to fix the screen as there were a few holes in it and also some gaps between screen joining and the ground. So as I say easily fixed. . One other thing I would recommend is maybe leave some milk , water, bread and maybe coffee on arrival. We were badly delayed and didn’t arrive until 3 in the morning and Walmart is no longer 24hr so were completely stuck after a very long flight. But these are very small gripes. Having owned a property on Hemingway for 15 years until a few years ago we were not sure what to expect on our return as we love the development and surrounding area. It’s near enough to Disney but away from the madness so you get peace and quiet and also only over an hour away from west and east coast. Would we come back to this property again? Without question. Kazan was also brilliant during booking process. Many thanks. You will see us again.

Not too shabby

Lets get the bad out of the way. I don't like having a thermostat that I cannot control. Sure I had some control but wasn't able to lower less than 72°. After bargaining back and forth I was met in the middle and they lowered the temp to 70°. I was asking for 68° and was denied. This thermostat is controlled by the property manager via the internet. Their rebuttal is pointless and it will fall on my deaf ears as I am a HVAC technician. Don't tell me it will cause the condenser to freeze up when the ambient is at 74° The traffic in this gated community moves very quickly. The owner and property manager unfortunately can not control this. The house was absolutely spotless and had no odors. As a guy that travels frequently I find this hard to find. Either it smells dirty or like Febreze. The cleaning staff does an amazing job at this property. The pool was also clean. We frequent this area and I've never had a pool this well maintained. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The beds weren't my cup of tea but I am Sleep Number biased. The owner is a peach and was very easy to communicate with. We had a situation arise and she was quick to squash it out. I would not stay here again simply because of the thermostat issue. We were here for a week and 70° for this fatboy is just too hot for sleeping. The jokes on them because I sweat like a pig in a blanket at night. Have fun washing them sheets. If you're comfortable with 72° you will absolutely love this place.
