“We were there for my son’s Shriners football game for the weekend. The manager came to our house at 9pm to tell us we had too many people there. They were keeping eyes out on the ring camera to count the amount of people we had. No where does it say on the website extra company has to leave by midnight or you will get charged for them. They did not communicate that until the next morning when they charged me and extra 303. And gave me 2 or 3 hours to pay it or we would get kicked out with no……

“This was by far the cleanest, best appointed home we have rented. We loved the proximity to the walking paths and "downtown" and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the high school. (We were in Baker for a basketball tournament.) Definitely recommend!!”
