"My stay ,wasn't that good !!! The Guardian/Super turn the main water off in 3 different occasions,that is not right ,because I paid for that . The place look like no one has book there in a while... floor is not mopped,shower has no head,water splashed everywhere,Ac is only for a few hours ,that's not right ! I don't like writing bad reviews,this time ; I am using my conscious to other travelers navigate overseas. Thank you."

There were periods of rolling black outs that were too frequent and that the hotel should have been better been prepared for.
