"The location of the house was great, check in process was also easy and the host let us check in a little early. The AC in the bedrooms work fantastic! Beautiful views of the beach and right on the water, listening to the waves was wonderful. There were several issues though that need to be addressed. ..."

"We were very pleased with the exceptionally clean and well-kept house, which was located conveniently near the beach. Rick’s provision of beach equipment was truly appreciated and made our stay more comfortable. The washer and dryer were particularly helpful, allowing us to travel with lighter luggage. ..."

"We don't understand the 5 star reviews for this property. The location was great (e.g. near beaches, near grocery store, etc).
