“So many complaints with this cottage. Biggest one is that the pool doesn't even have a pump that cleans it. Water is extremely dirty with a grime sheen seen on top of it. Upon asking Mike, he just makes excuses and false promises. Hot water tub is frigid cold and is also filthy. Looks like it's used in the pictures to attract people. “Very large room in one of three buildings had a great view and was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating. Tv went out in a storm and they had nothing to say (or compensate for the lack) other than sorry. Maybe they could’ve directed my complaint to the manager, but they did not.
