I was assigned to a dirty room when I arrived, but that was quickly fixed. The desk staff was kind and helpful, I think she was a one woman show though. The stairs and halls are narrow for bringing bags in both arms, having help getting to room 2 would have been very welcoming.
My second day, housekeeping came in the room to empty garbage but didn’t replenish TP or Kleenex, bed wasn’t made and no vacuuming. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but my expectations were full housekeeping or none. (I prefer none)
The pool was slightly cloudy with algae growth around the edges. The phone at poolside didn’t work, but the desk is close enough to yell to if you open the poolroom door. I saw lots of video feeds, so I assume they’d notice a commotion in the pool area. Parking was good, I’d prefer designated check in parking spots instead of gold and diamond members. I noticed a sports car without placards in the accessible parking spot, and mentally hexed them.
I was placed in an accessible room. (I don’t require one, they were sold out) I noticed the shower had about a 4” lip to step over, and inside it was not wide enough for a wheelchair. There was no detachable spray head, and no drain in the bathroom floor, just in the shower. There was a wheelchair level peephole in the door. The bathroom sink had shelving underneath. There was tons of space inside the bathroom to move around. I think the room was almost too tight for a wheelchair, but you could
