Looking for a large 1 Bedroom in the heart of the city that overlooks the water? You found it!!! Filled with modern amenities, Casper queen bed, 65 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a huge private patio that overlooks the water. Indoor parking @ $25 / day

This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub . Huge private patio to take in the city vibe and calming water.
We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 7-10 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.

You have full private access to the unit and a wonderful full-size gym within the property.
Other Things to Note:
Located in downtown Halifax, this property is within a 10 minute walk to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and Casino Nova Scotia. Scotiabank Centre is just around the corner and 5 minutes away. Halifax Convention Centre about 7 minutes.
You will be in the middle of it all that the downtown has to offer. Get ready to enjoy the delicious food and bakery around the corner, while enjoying a beverage at the local bar where the vibe is always live!!
