"The hotel has a great location and view, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our room was dirty upon check-in—we even found empty bottles, and there was dust everywhere. Housekeeping never came during our stay. The elevator takes a long time to arrive as it stops to pick up multiple guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing despite the good location and view."

"The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. "

"The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. This caused a huge wait and a walk, down...
