“Stayed overnight whilst spending a few days fishing on the local river. A warm welcome on arrival and a nice little clean room with everything I needed (comfy bed, warm shower, tv etc). Breakfast was freshly cooked and very good value at £9.85. Beer was also very good and a great selection. Staff were really friendly and happy to have a natter. Look forward to returning next year!”

“We had the hayloft that could sleep 3 but was a win for us as a couple. It was in a out building, with easy access to the garden, bar and dining areas, but was a bit difficult to get suitcases over the gravel pathway. Very quiet, lots of space and windows to open. The restaurant meal and breakfast was fabulous.”

“We stayed in this hotel last night for 1 night. The location is perfect to get to Ross-on-Wye and is located on A road. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. 2 rooms were allocated to us opposite each other which was convenient for a family. Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean with attention to details. Very comfy bed. Food was also very good. My children loved it. Overall great experience. We are planning to go back for a long weekend in September and will definitely stay in……

“We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. ”

“Beautiful cottage with really lovely hosts. They couldn't have been nicer, and so welcoming, and happy for us to come and go as we pleased during our stay. The best part about our stay was the breakfast! Honey yoghurt with granola and fruit, full English or smashed avocado, was beautiful and set us upfor the day ❤️”
