「4 families stayed there for our 5 day stay and we each had our own rooms. Nice big table where we can all enjoy our own home cooked meals together. We had a BBQ and we enjoyed the pool the one day it was sunny. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Toronto and if it’s available. We had a very enjoyable stay. 」

We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "The place is convenient to grab foods. I send question before arriving didn't be answered, so you may not get support in time. The shuttle bus is pretty old and hard to recognize, you will need to wait for another 30 mins if you missed it. I found a curve hair at my hand wash sink which I felt uncomfortable. You can enjoy some snacks and drinks during happy hour. The pillow is soft with big bed so you can laid on bed well. There is noise while your neighbors slaping the door or kids running everywhere. I can only say it is good and bad you can try to visit. Anyway it is always full so it's a popular hotel."
