"We stayed here twice in a week. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the location as well. One of the few good quality accommodations near beruwala. This villa is owned by a very nice family, who were so accommodative, and helped us and we're very flexible. They also prepared good breakfast and provided nice conversation. Highly recommend for travellers and business in the area. "

"This is a perfect place to go for a getaway. The pool is immaculately maintained, and you are steps away from the beach. We watched fishermen hauling in their catch each morning, drank coconut water from freshly-picked coconuts, and had amazing meals prepared by Pushpa each day. Rex took us on interesting and noteworthy day trips around Wadduwa and shared his insights on all things Sri Lanka. This is truly a place to relax and unwind, listen to the ocean, and forget your troubles."

"Clean room with a new big bathroom. The pool was big and the garden is very nice. I don’t know why some reviewers write that its dirty, wasn’t our experience at all. Maybe other rooms are different but ours was very clean and excellent value for the Price."

"I had high expectations of this place but was very disappointed! They charged me extra $80 for no valid reason and the people at the front desk all gave different answers when I asked about the extra charge not knowing what was going on. I need a refund ! I was traveling with family kids and elderly they were inconsiderate of allergy and elderly needs and did not help us with warming our food so we had to go without dinner. The staff was so rude and unhelpful and objected the ladies going into the pool. The rooms bathrooms and fridge were dirty and stained ….. not recommended! "

"We had a great 4 night stay at Ahu Bay. It was nice that Nilanga messaged ahead to discuss arrival time. Having a room right on the beach was a real treat and the private pool was kept spotless by the team. The team couldn’t do more for us during our stay, making adjustments to cocktails to suit ours tastes. We ate at hotel twice and both times really enjoyed the dishes we tried, it’s clear there’s a talented chef in the kitchen! "
