Boat 'Tolles Tiny Hausboot Agathe' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The AGATHE tiny houseboat, built on site according to ecological standards and lovingly furnished by the owner Kristina, is fully equipped with a small kitchen, shower room and large bed on the mezzanine. The fireplace provides extra coziness, floor-to-ceiling windows let your gaze wander over the water, and two rocking chairs on the roof terrace invite you to relax in the sun and enjoy long conversations. AGATHE is perfect for a break for two or a maximum of four, or even alone.



The living area extends over around 18 square meters (plus 5 square meters of raised sleeping area) and is kept open. The houseboat has been furnished to a high standard by its owner Kristina, for whom we manage it, with great attention to detail. A cozy sofa invites you to relax, while the floor-to-ceiling windows from the dining table are a wonderful place to watch the goings-on on the water: Sometimes a duck swims by, sometimes a small boat or canoe.



On the high sleeping level, a 2 x 2 m mattress awaits you for comfortable nights with plenty of space. Through the skylight above the bed, you can watch the clouds pass by in good weather or the stars at night, or fall asleep to the gentle sound of raindrops.



The sofa in the living area can be folded out, making it approx. 1.10 m wide and therefore suitable for 1-2 people. This means that you can also sleep on the boat with four people; depending on how much you want to cuddle up, you can also sleep with five people (if three people sleep in the large bed upstairs). In the kitchenette you will find a sink and a small stove with two hotplates, as well as a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster and an electric espresso machine. Pots, crockery and cutlery are also available.



In the bathroom there is a full-size shower and a modern, environmentally friendly Trobolo dry-separating toilet. There is also a bathroom on land, which can be used by all our houseboat guests.



On hot days, the many doors and windows can be opened to let in fresh air; when it's colder, underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove provide cozy warmth. You can go swimming directly from the boat.



Another highlight is the roof terrace: here you can relax in rocking deckchairs while looking out over the water, you can let the sun shine on your stomach, have deep conversations on balmy summer evenings, enjoy being in silence and pop champagne corks while laughing. There is a barbecue and at night you can turn on fairy lights for a cozy atmosphere.
