Will stay again
Very small room, no water kettle, no fridge, no microwave, my first time there room with no view at all. Great location, close to the Central Train Station & the shopping area.

The check in is done in one building and then you go to your hotel. The entrance is too narrow and in between two restaurants that occupy the access to the building, making it very difficult to enter and more when you're carrying your luggage. The room was as expected, but without air conditioning or air extraction...so the room felt like a sauna. In cold months that's ok, but in the summer...well you can imagine.

Great for an overnight near the train station. My room (single) was small but clean and efficient. Staff was good, checkin easy as the desk is staffed 24 hrs.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer etwas klein aber für eine Städtereise völlig ausreichend. Der Straßenlärm ist bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum zu hören. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Sightseeing ist perfekt am Hauptbahnhof.

Located near easily accessible transportation however the room was very small and we would have like to have a refrigerator to be able to keep our medications cold. Even though transportation was very accessible it did come with its downfalls from the less fortunate begging for money to people fighting, and relieving themselves outside.

Perfect location for the station and nice and clean, but very short beds. And strange the staff didn’t know how to book a room - not even if they had a room - and asked me to do it through an American platform (only to keep me waiting ten minutes until the booking went through)

Close to Hbf, has the essentials
This is pretty much what you’d expect for the price. It’s a pretty bare bones room (I got the smallest single) with a small desk, a twin bed and private bathroom. The room itself was fine, however there was no built-in lobby bar, which was a little misleading in the ad. There is, however, a pretty expensive Italian restaurant located adjacent to the hotel that you’re able to access through an interior door. If you’re just needing a place to stay to catch an early train, this will do the job just fine.

Rummet var bra men det fanns ingen lobby att sitta i på hotellet. Bilderna på websidan visar restaurangen intill, dit man förstås kunde gå, men inte bara sitta i kravlöst. Dock fanns receptionister som var hjälpsamma, men hotellet kändes litet anonymt.

Hamburg Scammers
I was charged an extra fee even though I had booked an extra night in the exact same room/bed. Upon bringing this to the attention of the receptionist, I was repeatedly turned away because "only the manager could approve a refund." Many days later after numerous attempts of reaching out to the manager, I was denied any refund. It's evident that the manager here and the staff under him are engaged in unethical business practices if they're willing to create random charges for their guests. If you're looking for a place to stay near the train station, remember that even the location isn't worth getting scammed.

Dear Gast,sorry about your complain in our Hotel.first i see your first reservation was Double room and the second reservation was Queen Size Room You have to change your Room but you Dont like to change you want to stay in Double room my colleges charge you for your staying in Double Room and you say okey. you pay for upgrate for that in 4 hours later you asking the reception why you must pay the upgrated of your Room we explain again to you and you dont understand the next day you complain again about your room upgrate and you like to get back the payment we cannot refund the payment. we are not Scammer first you must understand your reservation.

Die Ausgangslage für einen Städtetrip in Hamburg ist super. Wie wahrscheinlich in jeder Stadt ist der Hbf nicht die schönste Gegend. Man hat aber direkt einen gemütlichen Bäcker schräg gegenüber. Das Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung , Service nett aber hier und da könnte es ein bisschen sauberer sein.

The bathroom was not up to par, when showering the wather went in to the bedroom, and sucked up by the carpet, no heating in the bathroom, smelled moldy in the bedroom. No change of towels last night of stay. Main bedroom was nice decorated.

Mycket bra med fotkylning i badrummet
Mycket bra rum som kändes nytt och med bra ljudisolering, nära tåg- och busstation med bara ett krux, iskallt på golvet i badrummet. Det var känt av hotellet. Vi lade ett par handdukar på golvet och då blev det drägligt.

Perfectly adequate.
Right next to Hamburg Station, and in a street of wonderful, varied restaurants, it fitted our need perfectly for evening arrival from Berlin on the train, and early morning departure to Hamburg airport.
