Good Hotel
The overall stay in the two nights was good. There was a little misunderstanding during check in but the front desk manager fixed the issue very quick and appropriately. Staff in the breakfast restaurant are very helpful, Adi's good services and big smile definitely the reason to give guests a good start in the morning. I will come again in my next business trip. In the room we live there is no light in the living room, suggest to provide lighting so to give customer a bright stay.

close to U and S, by walking from hotel around 5~7 minutes, clean, and bed size is big, and very comfortable, that is the most important for me. Room is small, and bad sound insulation. i can hear the sound outside the room.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber, das Bett war gut und die Zimmer akzeptabel ruhig. Die Lobby/Bar ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider fehlten bei den Armaturen die Abdeckungen, die Badezimmertür schloss nur schwer und die Gardine war oben völlig ausgefranst. Was allerdings alles zu verschmerzen ist.

Lula from the front desk night shift was very kind and informative. She helped us with the air conditioning system and showed us how to open the windows in different ways. The buffet was very good. We only enjoyed it one day because of the $20 price per person. It would be good to secure the loose tiles at the bottom of the left stairs when exiting the front door.

Ich kenne NH Kette und habe beruflich häufig gebucht. Dieses Hotel in Hamburg fand ich leider veraltet und war ein wenig enttäuscht. An der Rezeption arbeiten Mitarbeiter, die nur English können. Check in hat ca. 20 Minuten in Anspruch genommen. Wir waren aber einzige Gäste. Frühstück war gut und Check out schnell. Die Lage ist auch gut, dass nah eine U-Bahn Station gibt und man sehr schnell das Zentrum erreichen kann.

Great location between two train stops. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very walkable. There is road noise, but that didn't bother us. Staff were very friendly. We had breakfast there two of our days. Plenty of options (even for vegans!)

doesnt diserve a second visit
1. very unproffesional (new) staff at the reception which insisted to know if I live in De Bilt or in The Netherlands. I tried to explain that De Bilt is a city in NLbut she kept insisting to know if I live in the Netherlands or in De Bilt. a bit ackward. 2. checked in, went to my room and the room was not made from prior guests. 3. After going back to reception I got a new room assigned where the water did not flow down in the shower. After adressing this as well this was fixed.

Gute zentrale Lage, Zimmer sehr klein, insbesondere das Bad ist unpraktisch geschnitten. Das Waschbecken im Zimmer nervt nachts den Partner. Türen und Lichtschalter sind sehr laut und auch aus dem Nachbarzimmer zu hören. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Gleich zwei Bahnhaltestellen in direkter Hotelnähe,perfekt für die Hamburg Städte Tour, alles in null Komma nix und wenigen Stationen zu erreichen. Kleine eigene Parkgarage vorhanden,allerdings etwas geringe Parkplatzauswahl wenn Hotel voll ist. Haustiere willkommen. Frühstücksbüffet in gewohnter sehr guter NH Qualität, für jeden was dabei. Empfehlenswertes Hotel für eine Hamburg Tour.

Das Hotel war vom Hauptbahnhof aus gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Es ist in einem Wohngebiet gelegen, direkt um die Ecke gab es zahlreiche Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einen Park zum verweilen. Sehr positiv ist aufgefallen dass im Zimmer Pakettboden, und kein Teppich verlegt war. Also auch für Allergiker geeignet. Das Bad ist recht neu und die Dusche war sehr groß. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Zimmer zum Hof hin sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen.
