The room had no fresh air
When we arrived at night, we found the bed sheets are dirty but the staff said they couldn't change until next morning. The room had no fresh air and so hot, we needed to open the window to let air come into the room. Luckily, the staffs are nice.

Price-wise is good, convenience to Hamburg Central train station, but there is no air-conditioning in the room, it was a hot during day time, at night when open the window, then it was ok.

Dejligt hyggeligt hotel i Hamborg
Novum Hotel ligger centralt i Hamburg, kun få minutters gang fra hovedbanegården og gågaden Mönckebergstraße med masser af butikker og cafeer. Hotellet er et fint byhotel. Værelserne er ikke så store, men er lyse og med behagelige senge. Lydisoleringen er god, så man generes ikke af støj fra gaden. Personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt. Alt i alt et godt valg, hvis man vil bo centralt og have let adgang til byens seværdigheder.

Buen hotel cercano a la estación central de trenes de Hamburgo, llegas caminando. La atención en la recepción es muy buena, la habitación cómoda, aunque pequeña, pero si te organizas todo sale perfecto.

Vi var her for anden gang, og vi havde igen et skønt ophold. Centralt og roligt hotel med nem adgang til hele Hamborg. Morgenmaden var lige så kedelig som sidste gang, kan fravælges,så er det en god ide.

Rent og rummeligt værelse med god indretning og behagelige senge. Indbydende morgenmadsbuffet med fint udvalg og løbende opfyldning. Dejligt stille værelse på trods af den centrale placering af hotellet kun 4 minutters gang fra Hauptbahnhof Nord - helt perfekt ift tog, U-Bahn, S-tog, busser og taxa - inkl. sightseeing dobbeltdækkere (hop on/off) lige foran banegården. Børnevenligt hotel (5-årig med på denne tur).
