The hotel was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were extra kind and friendly. The room was exactly as pictured and expected. The breakfast buffet is very large but on the expensive side when not included in room price. The bar and restaurant area was good, but the food menu is short and a bit eclectic; they could use some solid staple options that are less pricey for main courses.

I was skeptical at first, but they came highly recommended. But as soon as i walked in the front door, the absolutely amazingly friendly staff erased and doubts. I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was during my stay. Super clean room, great breakfast. Bed was hard, but i prefer that. It felt like staying at a friend's house honestly. Will be staying here again on my next trip.

The staff was so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere and vibe in the hotel fantastic. The room was inviting, comfortable and quiet. I was fortunate to have booked a room with a balcony. The view is interesting and being a smoker I was happy to go downstairs to get coffee and then sit on the balcony having a peaceful start of the day. I highly recommend staying at the Superbude Altona.

English speaking staff which is good for International travellers... clean and "funky" cool rooms.. doesn't have AC but not that big of a deal tbh.. has a nice buffet style breakfast and bar for alcohol

Simple but good hotel for a quick stopover. Easy to get to by car. Charging our electric car was easy at no extra cost (except for the parking itself). The room was a little warm since there was no air conditioning but it wasn’t a big problem.

Die Betten sind okay, aber auch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und es kann immer mal sein, dass da jemand noch auf seinem Zimmer etwas feiert und es laut ist. Oropax sind angebracht. Anstatt einer Duschtür gibt es nur Duschvorhänge, was ich ziemlich unhygienisch finde. Preis Leistung passt bisher. Bei Preisen über 100 Euro würde ich jedoch nicht buchen. Da übernachtet man in Hamburg deutlich besser. Das Personal war bisher immer super entspannt und nett. Frühstück ist auch total in Ordnung.

WC im Zimmer war sehr loker an der Wand, Heizung funktionierte nur eingeschränkt in der Nacht und blieb nur Lauwarm. Teppichboden müsste mal intensiv gesaugt werden. Positiv: seer gutes Restaurant!

Das Hotel war ganz cool und hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders haben uns die kleinen Extras gefallen, die man hinzu buchen kann, also Astra im Kühlschrank und kleine Süßigkeitentüten. Leider ein Stern Abzug, da die Matratze so steinhart war, dass mein Partner nicht schlafen konnte und wir daher auch nicht wiederkommen können.

Super kult hotell sentralt i Hamburg. Her står tillit høyt og man kunne enkelt finne drikke selv og notere ned hva man hadde tatt og betale på slutten av oppholdet. Hadde fire sengsrom med innebygde senger, helt topp !
