Zur Verfügung steht ein Wohn- Essbereich mit einem separaten Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss des Privathauses.
Ca. 20 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum.
Nächstgelegene Haltestelle ist U2 Merkenstraße in 5 Minuten / ca. 350m entfernt.
Die Unterkunft ist ca. 35qm und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchenzeile, Essecke und einem separaten Badezimmer mit einer Dusche.
Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses.
Bei deiner Aufenthalt teilen wir uns den Eingangsbereich. Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie mit einer Katze und wohnen eine Etage höher.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht auch eine Terrasse mit einer Lounge zur Verfügung.
Zusätzlich zu den beschriebenen Räumen hast Du Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Sie stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung
Da wir im selben Haus wohnen, stehen wir jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Fewo die keine Wünsche offen lässt, der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Die Anbindung mit derr U-Bahn ist sehr gut, man ist innerhalb von 15-20 im Zentrum. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren ganz toll. Wir durften sogar etwas früher rein. Es gab alles, was man brauchte. Sogar Getränke, die man sehr preisgünstig kaufen konnte.Empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.Das Einzige, was wir etwas vermisst haben, ist eine Mikrowelle, da wir morgens unseren Porridge darin warmmachen. Für die 3 Tage war es aber völlig okay.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Total netter Empfang, kleine Einführung wo was ist, für das Frühstück war alles schon vor Anreise besorgt und Brötchen mit Croissants tgl. frisch geliefert vom Vermieter. Äpfel aus dem Garten als kleine Gabe. Früstück p.p. 10 am Tag bekommt der Sohn zum sparen. Mit der U3 ist man schnell am Bahnhof . Ruhige Lage, einfach perfekt. Jederzeit wieder sehr zu empfehlen !!!!

Der Aufenthalt war entspannt und locker.Yuriy, als Gastgeber, ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Seine Einliegerwohnung ist richtig modern.Und das in der City von Hamburg. Genial!!!Parken kann man bei ihm in der Einfahrt, was in einer Metropole wie Hamburg nicht selbstverständlich ist.Ich war mit meiner Tochter da und schlief einfach auf dem sehr bequemen, breiten Sofa im Wohnzimmer, sie im Schlafzimmer. Das heißt, man muss nicht unbedingt als Pärchen anreisen.Kurz und knapp...wer hier nicht zuschlägt, ist selber schuld!

Super Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage!
Wir waren zu zweit in Hamburg für einen Besuch des Musicals König der Löwen und noch etwas Hamburg erkunden.Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.Die Einrichtung war noch sehr neu, es war sehr ordentlich und sauber und die Gastgeber waren super nett!Sie haben uns sogar eine kleine fußläufige Runde von Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben :-)Frühstück war gegen Aufpreis möglich und sehr reichhaltig!Wir konnten auch getrennt schlafen (Schlafzimmer sehr bequemes Sofa), was für Schnarcher interessant sein könnte.Wirklich ein super Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Parfait pour notre cours sejour visite de Hambourg
Le logement est tout neuf, sobrement meublé, trés propre, avec tous les accesoires utile disponibles pour un bon sejour. Véranda tres agréable avec acces sur le jardinet fleuri. L'environnement est calme et verdoyant, je n'ai pas été dérangée par les bruits de la ville. J'y ai trés bien dormi! La situation, a 5 mn d'une station de metro, est super pratique pour aller visiter la ville. Un Snack, une boulangerie et un discounter sont aussi disponibles au niveau du metro. Si je retourne à Hambourg je reviendrai sans hesiter dans ce logement.
