“it was a bit in need of a touch up. but good for the price”

“I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that .”

“While the staff were extremely friendly and nice, the hotel did not have a functioning swimming pool and we were told hadn’t had one for six months. That was a big disappointment. They also couldn’t explain how to connect to the WiFi. The hotel is basic. Given the lack of a pool I doubt I would stay there again.”

“Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Room had water seeping through laminate flooring not sure if it's from cleaning or the ac leaking under it. Only eggs at buffet breakfast was hard boiled. Would have been nice to have a hot tub after a long days travel. Could use a few more seating at pool area, currently only has two tables. Restraunt across parking lot( urban farmhouse) was super convenient and food was very good and affordable.”

“It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. ”

“The Lobby area was unkept, the breakfast area was filthy, the food was designed for children. The elevator area was dirty in all the corners, old run down flooring and walls. Needs replacement of flooring and a deep clean with a good paint job.”

“While our room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked great, the shower needed some bleach work, door track was black and floor pan of shower was orange in spots. We checked in on a Thursday, kids used pool, Friday someone apparently barged in pool. We were told pool had to be drained, cleaned, refilled. Next 3 days, we never saw any of this being done. VERY DISSAPPOINTING as now the kids couldn't swim, 98° outside!!! A very faint apology with no amends from staff.”

“We've stayed here a number of times when visiting friends in the area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is no cost for our little French Bulldog. We recently had a room reserved for three days. The morning after our first night there, we received a call regarding an end of life issue for a close relative. We informed the person at the counter we would have to cut short our stay. Our payment for the remaining two days was returned without delay. We will certainly stay……

“Clean room”

“I like staying at smaller chains, but this one needed a lot of help. No sound proofing, we could hear all of the neighbors conversations. Bathrooms were older and could use a good scrubbing. With that said, I never felt unsafe in the hotel and it got the job done for sleeping and moving on”
