Majestic Century House —Perfect for family getaways or friends getting together!

An exceptionally beautiful Edwardian manor house with 5 bedrooms and lots of room for socializing. I hope you enjoy the restoration and architecture as much as I do. It is located on a quiet street just one block from the Town Centre. The area around the house is quiet and very friendly neighbours (note: this is not a party scene). Our neighbours are mostly seniors and appreciate quiet guests (we are beside a seniors residence), along with a few younfg families. A two minute walk from the house is Simcoe Town Centre if you are looking for a large grocery store nearby. You can take a stroll through the Magical Panorama of Lights every Holiday season. The Blue Elephant Craft Brew House is within a five minute walk if you don't feel like wandering too far and the Norfolk County Fairgrounds are a ten minute walk from the house. Port Dover is a tourism favourite and is a ten minute drive away.

The house was double booked. When we showed up to the house there was already people staying in it, and we had to scramble at 10PM to find a hotel room for 8 people. Called the owner and he advised us that he doesn't even have the house listed on VRBO. Book with caution!!!

It was very bad experience we drove me and my family three hours to this place and at the end when we reached the owner said we don’t have any reservation and I had one baby with me and it was long drive for three hours and at the end, the owner cancelled when we reached we contact the service support and they cancel until now. I haven’t got any refund because of the owner said I got no reservation for you, it was very bad experience
