  • I would not usually consider a garden a must-see experience, but I am really glad a local told us to visit Hamilton Gardens. The experience of wandering through a maze of hedges that open into perfectly cultivated gardens plucked complete from other countries and other eras was quite possibly the closest I will ever come to feeling like Alice in Wonderland come to life. You never know what magical sight waits around the next bend in the path.

Room was clean & comfortable. Check in was difficult- spoke to 3 people before check in was sorted- took 1/2 hr standing on street waiting!!! Entrance quite dirty looking. Booking didn’t have my parking request!

Excellent location

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The location is right in the centre of Hamilton city with many shops and restaurants surrounding. The apartment is spacious, clean and got all the equipment even a washer. However the bed is a not very comfy, and there's only 1 mirror in the bathroom, no hook to hang clothes in the bathroom, but there's a heated rack for bath towels which is really nice in winter. Overall is quite good. Booked for car parking in advance

Reception was unattended, call button at the entry was helpful, but did not realise anyone was at deak till another customer arrived, would still be standing outside if not for other guest. Overall great location, walking distance from Casino and right across the road from the mall

Parking facilities are difficult/confusing to exit from on foot.. Along with the pass key for the parking building, there should of been a page showing egress methods. Poor communication methods to reception There is no notice/sign advising any contact number when reception is not manned -which seemed to be all King's Birthday morning plus most of the preceding Sunday. Outrageous bond Strange layout at reception No daily room service/replenishment of drink sachets, cleaning, etc. They were meant to call me next biz day to discuss payment -they didn't. The worst Quest we have stayed in.
