'Neston' is on 2 acres of property, located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood.

Enjoy the Beautiful Views of Harrington Sound one of the most Beautiful inlets in Bermuda.

Harrington Sound is a wonderful inland lake in Bermuda surrounded mainly by Hamilton parish and Smiths parish. There is a small narrow inlet that connects this lake to Atlantic ocean, known as the Flatts inlet.

The water in this lake mostly flows in through the underwater caves and subterranean passages. The sound has been named after Lucy Harrington, a lady from the Elizabethan days who did a lot for the Parish.

Harrington sound has many small islands in it like the Trunk island and Rabbit Island. Some of them are inhabited through out the year.

The water area is excellent for activities like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing etc. Although there are many types of fish that you can find here, over the years the population of shell fish like the scallops have been steadily decreasing.

The Large Studio makes you feel at home, away from home. The Kitchenette features refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots pan and utensils. Daily cleaning and linen service can be available at a price.

There is an ample supply of towels for both the beach, pool and bath.

A King-size bed accommodates two. Internet service is provided FREE so that you can stay in touch with others, or your office. Flat Screen Television and Telephone.


'Neston' is in walking distance to the Beach, or catching the Bus. It is about 5 min away from two of Bermudas' BEST attractions, the Aquarium and Zoo and the Crystal Cave.

If you desire a mixture of relaxation and quietness than 'Neston' is for you.

Best view in Bermuda

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay at this gorgeous property. We were there for a family members wedding and the location was perfect for where the events of the wedding were. My absolute favorite part of this home was the views of Harrington Sound! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was emaculately maintained. The host Wayne is very friendly, attentive and he did above and beyond to help us out when we tried to get taxis. Bermuda can be a pricey island to visit but this home is fairly priced. My family members who paid a lot more money to stay at a high end resort were jealous of the where we stayed. The view alone is literally a million dollar view. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat.

A beautiful stay

The property was clean and very adequate for our time there .Wayne is a lovely host who wholeheartedly shares recommendations, island information and history. We used the shorelink app to ride the buses and ferries, and, the ride app to get a taxi back to the airport. It is about a half mile walk to the bus or market but we enjoyed that. The ambiance was just perfect and I would stay here again.

Idyllic peaceful retreat in beautiful waterside homea

5 nights in this glorious spot and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner’s family had a great party to celebrate Good Friday and generously invited to join them for a Bermudian barbecue and a chance to meet some locals too! A fantastic day.We loved using the pool and loungers, and took a kayak across to the little island beach facing us. Decent supermarket and bus routes within 10 minutes walk. We had a brilliant time.

Waterfront Island Paradise

If I could give 6 stars I would- this is a fantastic setting to enjoy a perfect Bermuda holiday! Right on the water with steps leading down to the most beautiful Bermuda blue waters (with kayaks for use at no extra charge) this was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend her 65th birthday week. Wonderful breezes, beautifully manicured landscaping, with palm trees swaying in the calming salt air, we can’t wait to go back! A nice bonus is that Wayne, the contact for the property, was highly responsive, accommodating, helpful and kind. Communication was excellent and the property was clean, functional and had a tremendous view from the patio. Highly recommend!!

Vacation at Brown Estates - Bermuda

We had a great time. Our apartment was the perfect getaway and we wish we could have stayed longer. The view from the bedroom and porch was awesome. Very peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to grocery store and railroad hiking trails! Wayne Furbert took us into Hamilton upon arrival and showed us around, that was so nice! We were very impressed. We took his Kayaks to a little island with a beach. We like to come back soon.

Beautiful property with great views and relaxing vibe

Wayne, the property owner, was very helpful during the entire process from beginning to end. He greeted us when we arrived. He offered some suggestions for dining and was very accommodating with any questions we may have had. Great location! It was our favorite part of the island. The property is gorgeous. Views spectacular! If you don’t rent a moped or a small electric vehicle (our choice) it’s just a short 5 minute or so walk to the bus stop.

Mr. Wayne was amazing and so was Bermuda.

From the time we got there, Mr. Wayne rolled out the red carpet. He treated us like family. The room was well equiped. The air was cold. The wifi was good. The sunset was beautiful on the bay. The wall to the bus stop was about 11 minutes, but the scenery made it pleasant. My daughter loved seeing the horses and flowers in bloom. We will definitely come back and stay here. Bermuda's hospitality is top notch.

Just Perfect

I can’t recommend Waynes properly highly enough it was fabulous. The room had everything we needed and more and was spotlessly clean. The air-conditioning unit was incredibly good! There is a laundry which is so handy! We had a bus pass for our first week and it is a 10 minute walk to the bus stop which is mainly flat, This was hard work during the very high temperatures in August whilst carrying all of our beach chairs etc but a pleasant walk in the evening. The Bus system in Bermuda is extremely efficient and a pleasure to use. The pool area and outside space was so beautiful and peaceful. You can snorkel directly outside by going down the steps into the sea. As for our host, Wayne He really does go above and beyond, He took us out in his car to help me find the house I lived in as a child and showed us some beauty spots. Such a lovely man, thank you Wayne! See you again x

We had a lovely stay!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this location. It is private and peaceful, and as you can see, the views are spectacular. We enjoyed these vistas each morning as we sipped our morning coffee and evenings over dinner as the setting sun morphed the horizon into a kaleidoscope of colors. The host is onsite, friendly, welcoming, and rich in island information. The only thing that might concern some is that if you plan to use the excellent bus and ferry system (a great value that can get you everywhere), the property is about a half-mile walk to the nearest bus stop.

My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and booked our 7day stay at this property. We loved our stay at this location. Wonderful property in a nice quiet area convenient to food market and bus stops. Wayne was a wonderful host, very friendly, accommodating and made our stay delightful. We loved everything about the property. Accommodations were perfect. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The breathtaking views of the Harrington sound were lovely. Overall, the apartment provided a serene and romantic haven with unbelievable views and convenient amenities. I definitely gave a 5 star review not only for the location and property but also for Wayne being a lovely host. Can't wait to go back to Bermuda.

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The bed was nice and comfortable! The access to a fridge and kitchen was great. Although we didn’t cook. Lol! The view was excellent! We didn’t get to utilize the pool but it looked inviting. I would only suggest a full mirror for guest to make sure their attire is in line. This is especially important for the woman. The air condition unit and access to Wi-Fi and TV was nice!
