The ad for the Surf House boasted a "heated" pool we looked so forward to using it, but the water was freezing. Low 70s at best. A very noisy neighbor, a woman pounding on his door 1-2 am yelling they are chasing me, before he let her in then very loud talking. Not the Surf House problem but still a bit nerve-racking Staff at check in were nice. Location is nice as are most of the Hampton Beach hotels

The location was decent and you could walk to all the restaurants and the casino. The room was not sound proof and we could hear the people in the room next to us talking and vice versa. Also, little kids were running in front of our room and it sounded like they were running inside our room. The cleaners did not clean the shower or the sink well because there was mold in the shower and the sink handle was dirty. I was not impressed for the price.

This was our first time staying since the renovations were finished. The pool was clean and exactly what we needed. The rooms were up to date and clean. The bed was literally SO comfortable. Only thing they were missing was a few BBQ’s and you wouldn’t need to leave. The lounge chairs at the pool were nice and there was actually enough for everyone unlike other places. We can’t wait to go back.

Clean room, comfortable bed and my kids said the sleeper sofa was comfy too! Amazing area. Two minute walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Booked this hotel last minute, not knowing what we were walking into, very happy with everything! Rooms were decorated nicely and clean! everything seemed updated and new. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
