A beautiful house on river with private water view in a friendly/quite neighborhood. 10-minute drive to Buckroe Beach. Enjoy a 2200 sqft home with 3 bedrooms (TV, comfortable queen bed/table) and 2 bathrooms. Large bright living room with sofa bed with access to the sunroom and fully equipped kitchen. All windows have beautiful river view. Enjoy morning sun and gorgeous sunset from a large patio deck or by the river. Fishing on the backyard and crabbing on the front part of private boat dock. Very large yard to enjoy.

Summer vacation
The house was large, clean, and nicely furnished . The back yard was fantastic-right on a beautiful river. There were all sorts of water birds, and across the river there was a property with a large number of horses to watch graze in the open field. It was easy to travel to all the historical sites and beaches from this home base.

Diamond in the hood
This is a lovely home clean and everything you see on the site is just like you see. You are being watched by neighbors and video surveillance. I was injured on the property because the owner does not allow use of the garage and I needed to park my chair inside… he did suggest the neighbors may let me use their electric I just drove up the road to Wallmart. It was cold in the morning and they have a certain temperature they want you to use. I did like the fact there was a book with instructions on house rules….It is close to shopping but in a neighborhood that is being refurbished. There are towels but no washer and dryer that I saw in the discription. I knew that we were being watched because when I fell on the step and my nephew called an ambulance the owner called me to say the neighbors called him and said an ambulance was on the property. I told him yes I fell and broke my nose I’m 3 different places…..overall the house is nice cheaply decorated but ok. The outside gate leading to the backyard was locked so the only access to the backyard was through the house! There was a nice back porch with some exercise equipment on it. Overall not that bad. I would give it a C+there were TV’s in every room which was a plus! Plenty of parking in the driveway.

The perfect place to relax
We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals in NC, VA, KY, and Ohio and this ranks at the top of the list. The home was well stocked and had everything you would need plus more. The location was perfect for fishing or just relaxing on the back porch. There are plenty of beaches that are a short drive away and tons of restaurants around the area. We certainly would return to this home again.
