"Constuction was being done around the entire facility, a large dumpster was placed right outside of my room despite there being space elsewhere. I was given stained towels twice, in which I complained to the front desk and they gave me new ones. There is no manager on duty to assist with issues, the owner doesn't respond. During breakfast the tables were dirty and overall a bad experience. Will not be returning"

"It was a cozy space. Sadly, the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and outdoor area. The beach was 3 miles away, a bit further than I thought since a golf cart was offered in the description. The shower was like a space capsule, strangest shower I have ever taken! There was a kitchen area with small appliances available for use. Host met us at check-in and was friendly. "

"The master and other rooms with two double beds were clean with updated furniture and tastefully styled. The only issue was that the tub in the room with the two double beds had to have something put to jam the stopper from falling in, to prevent the tub from flooding with bathwater as you shower. Also, the property said 100% smoke free zone, as soon as you go through the doors, the smoke scent hits you in the face from patrons smoking at the front of the building. That was a turn off since it raised my allergy. More attention needs to be paid to that if the property is a 100% smoke-free. The scent of the property in the lobby could be more inviting and fresh. It has an old scent that does not fit the property's aesthetic at all. The following morning I ran into the cleaner using Pinesol on the floors which I think left that old mold scent. The property should also look into that. Other than that, it was a good overall stay and I would stay there again if in the area. "Brand new home, nicely equipped with many comforts and amenities. Unbeatable location on quiet street with stunning views and direct access to the ocean. "

"Great place to stay for a weekend getaway! The host was friendly and greeted us when we got there and provided a couple waters in the fridge for the 2 of us. I do recommend bringing your own pillows but other than that we had a great time. There were also 2 electrical fireplaces that were really nice for the cold weather. The backyard was big and beautiful, I wish we had more time to enjoy it"
