"This was my first time staying at one of these properties and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The room was clean and spacious for the 5 of us with an amazing oceanfront view. The breakfast buffet was top tier. Everything was fresh, organized and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. "

"The negative comments about this hotel were initially a little scary. But everything was to our liking. We had a clean, comfortable room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and checked with us throughout the day via text message. The pools were clean and the hotel was remarkably quiet for its size. The parking garage was extremely easy across the street. The only thing that would deter us in the future is the cost of the room which included extra fees for things we didn’t use and the normal refundable deposit was an additional $200. We paid a lot to stay for three nights, but it was a positive experience. Great views from the balcony and warm temperatures in early April were a bonus!"

"The resort overall was good just need a little upgrade when it comes to the amenities. Bathtub and standing shower seemed dry but due to it being older just stained. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned the jets had mold and dirt coming out of them."

"I believe it was Penny That attended me when I checked in upon arrival there was an issue with my booking through third-party. Penny the Manager wasn't aware of the third-party. (Expedia) I booked two queen size bed. I got two double beds I requested a manager and you never helped.following day I was moved to a room with one queen size bed. At about 11 in the morning, we check into the second room to find out the bathroom was overflowing and not working conditions . in any cade my stay with you guys was unpleasant. Front desk staff should be more accommodating and pleasant. My family and I drove in from New York. We've been vacationing at Virginia Beach for a few years years now and have never been treated so poorly.i feel you guys dropped the ball. I would no longer stay or would recommend your facilities to anyone. By the way, Kaitlyn was very helpful. She was very helpful ."

"The room was clean and access to the beach was easy but I would never stay here again. First of all I booked this location because of the rooftop pool and it was closed for renovation however, I was never informed of this while booking and I specifically asked the front desk about the pool and they never mentioned it was closed. They just told me what floor it was on. I arrived at 11:40 AM and asked to check in and be notified when the room was ready and they told me that they do not do that. They were not friendly and acted like my request was something abnormal. I stay at Hilton‘s very often and always check in early and receive a text and digital key when the room is ready. They acted like this was all new to them and they had never heard of it. Went to the bar around 4 PM for a drink and sat there for 18 minutes waiting for eye contact from either of the bartenders who weren’t even busy. I was very disappointed with this location on so many levels. Such a shame Hilton could definitely do better! "

"Property is old.. great location ..front desk doesnt know rooms are clean or not.. difficult to get around with luggage. No good food options. No vegan options"

"This was a really nice motel. The beach was accessible via a pathway. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, as well. We really enjoyed the one night we needed to stay."
