Welcome to The Reservoir Guest House of Charleston! Enjoy free Wi-Fi, self-check-in, and convenient on-site parking. This 1,380 sq. ft. retreat is perfectly located just 15 miles to downtown Charleston, 8 miles from the Tanger Outlet, and 15 miles to Charleston International Airport.
Relax with beautiful reservoir views from two private balconies, one off the master bedroom on the second floor and another downstairs. Inside, you'll find an electric fireplace for cozy evenings and a fully stocked, equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, The Reservoir Guest House offers serene living space designed for comfort and convenience.
We're excited to host you! This is a no smoking and no party rental. Please note: Be careful when fishing/near water alligators are in water.
For long term stays (more than 27 days) we do require a background check ($45) and a rental agreement is required. Failure to complete this will result in cancel booking

Just what we needed
Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was easy. It was a perfect set up for a family of four with two rowdy boys. There were clearly some foundation issues, but it is on the water, so that is to be expected. Also, we could hear the trains, but nothing can be done about that. Really enjoyed our stay.
