Had a great time with this spacious house! Loved that it had laundry machines and ample towels for all of us staying. A little difficulty getting into the house at first because I was given the wrong lockbox code, but otherwise a great stay!

Family Getaway

Mostly really good. You may need to purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Bed was a bit squeaky, but sufficient. Master bathroom, the shower hot/cold water was backwards. Overall had a wonderful time. Cleaners will need to beware that there was some dog hair still on floor, rags left upstairs in guest bathroom, and add should extra garbage bags, one isn't enough. A towel and towel holder would be nice in downstairs bathroom

Nice 3 bedroom townhouse in Hanahan.

Nice 3 bedroom townhouse in Hanahan. Very clean. Internet/WiFi worked very well. All 3 bedrooms upstairs. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds a big plus. Property is a little light on daily necessities (plates, glasses, eating utensils, trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap) for our extended stay of 6 days and group of 5 adults.

Roomy, clean vacation getaway

Booked this property for our first trip to the Charleston area. The property is very clean and within a short drive to all the wonderful areas we wanted to visit. The area the home is located in appears to be going through some gentrification. Great place to stay!

Clean and Comfortable

This house was very clean, which was so appreciated. It was also very conscientiously appointed. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows soft. It was a great amount of space for our 4. It also was only about 20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, and only .7 miles to a grocery store. Since a hurricane arrived 2 days after we did, it was nice to have such a pleasant place To hang out in until we could get out and about.

Very Responsive Host

There was an issue with a lingering marijuana/CBD smell and lots of flies from the people that checked out a few hours before our arrival, but the host was super responsive to our concerns and offered multiple options to help resolve the matter, including offering to move us to another rental. We really appreciated the efficiency and care taken to try and resolve the matter. Besides that, the place was as it appeared online, and we really enjoyed our stay while in town for a wedding! Tips for future guests: there are trains that run through the night and people honking horns in the early morning so bring ear plugs or a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the water temp in the master bathroom is opposite, so barely turn it on for hot water.

Cleanest Rental I've Ever Stayed In...

We travel a lot, and this is BY FAR the cleanest rental property we've ever stayed in. We wanted to be close to Charleston without the Charleston prices and this property was it for us! Ian quickly responded when we had questions and I absolutely loved the recommendations of local restaurants, sights and beaches. This is a hidden gem and word will get out soon!

Very spacious rooms Location is about 20 mins from downtown Charleston Clean rental Neighborhood is older but immediate surroundings are nice. Not sure bed linen was changed from last stay as there was dog hair on sheets and blankets
