「Fantastic find! Updated, well-maintained, clean property. Easy entry/exit. Safe neighborhood. We had an early appointment at Blessing Hospital. 3 min drive. Close to everything, including restaurants. We ate at Fuji Japanese steakhouse. This will be a favorite for future stays.」

「We had a wonderful anniversary trip to Nauvoo. The historic and quaint Mix House added some period charm to our stay. While the house retains much of its 19th century charm, it has the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. It may have been the off season, but food and meal choices were limited in Nauvoo itself. We were grateful for the items we ordered from The Apron Bake Shoppe.」

「Nice 2 bedroom home with tv’s in both bedrooms. Plus the living room. So if you have subcriptions, no prob. Golf access a block away. Cool golf theme. Washed a load of clothes downstairs. Thank you for the ice maker. Most places have it turned off. Nice rain shower in bathroom, and cool hotel type mirror, too. A full size mirror would be nice in one of the bedrooms. 」

「It is an older home as indicated in the listing, but it was very clean and well maintained. The host did great communicating and helped with our unique accommodations. The home is within walking distance to the temple, downtown, and the few restaurants that are in Nauvoo. The home also had a great history and story that was hanging on the wall which really made the stay extra special knowing what role it played in the history of Nauvoo.」

「WE loved the old Victorian style home. Spaces to gather in, a large, furnished kitchen with all the comforts of home. Bathrooms were big, clean & furnished with the essentials. Decor was wonderful with the woodwork & stain glass & color scheme. Wi-Fi was available with a large TV. easy locking system. Suggestion: could use a screen back door to keep the flies out when coming in & out. I know it's still being renovated, so next time I'll be excited to see the changes. I didn't need earplugs...
