“The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. “El servicio es en general muy bueno, empezando por el tema incluído desde el hotel de Hanoi. El barco y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. La comida fue variada y de buena calidad.
El programa de actividades es un poco básico y no incluyo un paseo en kajak que hicieron otros barcos. La visita a la gruta es inolvidable, pero las clases de cocina y Tai chi, son muy simples y cortas.
En general lo recomiendo por su calidad.
