The property was immaculate - the floors literally shone with cleanliness. Our room was beautiful with a great view. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. We were greeted at the airport with leis by the hotel staff & island music from a local band. Hotel Teanehi was a great choice!

There are not world class brand hotels in the island and you should lower your expectations and be reasonable to judge everything in an island which is in the middle of nowhere. The ladies who manage the hotel are nice and caring , they picked us up at the airport with a nice necklace of flowers, on time , check in was fast . The breakfast is relatively good and the location is good if you rent a car . If not the owners are always available and ready to help . Overall I recommend this property.

This place is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in a second floor room, so we had access to the balcony and its wonderful views over the gardens to the sea. It is quite a walk to town - they said 20 minutes, but I don't think we could make it in less than 30 - but a cab (no Uber here) is about 7000 pesos each way. We had the hotel set up our tours and that worked out very well. Breakfast was very good, especially at the low, low price of Free.

Hotel has 6 rooms and is located about a 10/15 minute from the town via a lovely coastal walk. There are no staff onsite other than for breakfast / check in/out and room cleaning. Air conditioning worked well and the staff were helpful. Odette was great in terms of check in and sorting out our tours / car hire.

The place is very clean. A good 15 min walk to town. Very safe area. Breakfast was a lot of food for the 2 of us. We went on low season. Odette picked us up and helped us with booking our tours. Our cook happened to be a masseuse and serviced us in our room. Julio the cleaner gave a a motorcycle ride to town. Manuel maintains the garden daily and it is so pretty.
