No room cleaning is performed at all. Therefore, you can't expect towel replacements or toilet paper replacements. Additionally, there are no restaurants nearby. This facility is not suitable for long-term stays.

Sauberkeit mangelhaft, Zimmer war extrem verstaubt und tausende tote fliegen und Spinnen lagen rum. Badetücher mit Flecken. Einrichtungen sind etwas älter. Zimmerschlüssel sind Buntbartschlüssel.

Keine Empfehlungen
Die Toilette im öffentlichen Bereich hatte kein Klopapier. Toilettenpapier im Zimmer war unglaublich schlecht. Das Hotel hat überall einen recht schlechten Geruch. Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Ab 5 Uhr wurden wir durch lautes Telefonieren im Nachbarzimmer geweckt. Steckdosen funktionierten schlecht. Im Zimmer lagen mehrere Verteilerdosen auf dem Fußboden. Preis-Leistung war nicht passend.

Terrible hotel dont stay here!
The lady at reception is great but.. no headboard and a plug socket with exposed wires. Uneven tiles cut feet. Overhead shower broken. Pillers for no reason get in the way with sharp edges. Shower 30cm raised. Breakfast appalling and a fridge as a sidetable.

Clean and quirky with a solid breakfast. Rooms are pretty small, but setup in a way that it actually feels cozy instead. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of food including some hot choices. 5/5

Hotel Diba was at a good distance from the main city of Hannover. I had a fine night after a hard day.

It was a pathetic stay.
It was pathetic to stay here. Heater was not working. No heater in bathroom & toilet. Bed had the smell of dirty beddings. Customer can't check in after 10 PM. Staff dosen't speak english. Room can't lock from inside the room

Für eine Nacht geht es mal.
Für eine Nacht geht es mal. Das Hotel wirkt nicht einladend. Die Vorhänge müssen zugezogen bleiben, sonst hat jeder einen Einblick nach drinnen, weil es keine Gardinen davor gibt. Die Türen sind so dünnen, das man jeden Tritt und jedes Wort von draußen hört. Die Toilette war sehr eng und in einem Rechteck geschnitten. Die Lüftung war extrem laut. und in der Toilette war eine Hebeeinrichtung, welche sehr laut war. Die Tür zum Bad fällt fast auseinander. Das Bett war schön groß und die Matratzen waren bequem.

Wenn Räumlichkeiten alt sind, kann das auch eine Chance sein. Die hier leider nicht genutzt wurde! Völlig lieblos. Sauberkeit mäßig. Personal reserviert bis unfreundlich. Das könnte (!) man alles mit wenig Aufwand verbessern. Auf das Frühstück sollte man auch verzichten. Wenn einem lauwarmes Wasser für den Tee angeboten und der Wasserkocher absichtlich wieder ausgestellt wird, empfinde ich das schon als eine Frechheit!
