此行雙人商務房，櫃檯人員接待友善，講解詳細，此外房間也算大，距離火車站，走路約5分鐘，飯店在入住時同時會給你一張城市內的交通卡，而距離老城區走路則約是15-50分鐘腳程

it's a very nice hotel with free city pass and abundant breakfast.The best one would be the hotel location within 5 minutes to the Hannover station

Keine Empfehlung!!!
Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend. Mrin Hotelzimmer musste gleich zweimal ausgetauscht werden, da im ersten Zimmer ein unerträglicher Geruch aus der Toilette strömte, der nicht tolerierbar war. Im zweiten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig und war nicht ausschaltbar, was zu erheblichen Schlafstörungen führte. Die undichten Fenster machten die Situation zusätzlich unangenehm, besonders bei Temperaturen von -10 Grad. Dies hat meinen Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigt. Leider waren auch die Mitarbeiter nicht hilfreich und machten mehrere Fehler, was zu zusätzlichen Unannehmlichkeiten führte. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung im hotel enttäuschend.

We have stayed in this hotel at least 4 times (most recently Nov/Dec 23) and it is in an excellent location and area near the Hauptbahnhof and the main shopping area. It is in very easy walking distance to all the Weihnachtsmarkt locations when there pre-Christmas. The rooms are so clean and have excellent facilities including a reasonable fridge, 43" flat screen tv, safe and now a kettle and mugs etc. for tea & coffee. The large King size double is extremely comfortable.The breakfast is excellent (17 euros) with both hot and cold, albeit we mainly have breakfast from the fridge in the room courtesy of close by Lidl or Rewe supermarkets................ We only have 2 negative comments as follows; (1) occasionally not enough staff on the reception desk to deal with new arrivals or answer queries from existing clients quickly enough and (2) On all our visits (in winter) particularly when very cold, there has been quite a draft of cold air from windows, however this intermittent issue does not outweigh the advantages of staying at this hotel. We really like it; very good Germanic cleanliness and attention to detail. Phil & Linda Ratcliffe

Es war abends und nachts sehr laut rund um die Unterkunft. Viele pöbelnde und schreiende Menschen, das Hotelpersonal hat anscheinend resigniert und nichts dagegen unternommen, obwohl besagte Personen direkt vor dem Hoteleingang herumgebrüllt haben. Der Zimmerservice hat nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt.

Satisfied. . .
This is quite a good hotel if you don't need some luxury service often found in 5 star ones. It is quite and convenient. The free transportation card provided by the hotel made my moving around just hassle-free. The only thing that I was not confortable with was the room tempersture cannot be made higher than 22 degree which I felt quite chilly esp. in early morning. Luckily I did not catch a cold.
