Gym and breakfast are very good. The service, food quality, and pricing are less than satisfactory at the roof top restaurant. There here is a great restaurant on the river nearby.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Would have rated it higher but in the hunt for industrial design look and feel, they missed out on what's important, for me at least, in a room. The warm feeling and that you don't hear much from adjacent rooms above or on the sides to you.

The hotel is decent. Hall carpet needs cleaning. No air conditioning but was able to be comfortable leaving windows open and using fans. One particular hotel clerk made the trip most enjoyable. He was very friendly, provided excellent customer service, and is the only reason my review for service isn't 1 star. He deserves 5 stars alone. 2 other clerks (Asian male with glasses and redhead male with glasses) on day shift deserve 0 stars. There were language barriers as i do not speak or read German and the clerk said very little to me. He didn't explain hotel policies or payment details. When I reviewed my hotel receipt, I saw extra fees charged for USD conversion. I asked about it and noted that I had issues understanding the prompts on the payment screens because it is in German. I was told I should have asked and it was German policy. But, how would I know to ask if I don't speak or read German? Also, the clerk saw I was having trouble completing the process because I accidentally canceled the transaction and he had to reset it. Hotel policy should be to inform the customer of all fees and taxes at time of payment and provide translation. I frequented other businesses while in the area and all were upfront about the fees. I complained to the hotel and was offered a free drink at the bar which I didn't use. It isn't about getting free items or a discount. My issue is the hotel should explain pricing and fees to customers and provide better customer service.

Just a bit more attention to details

The LOFTSTYLE is a mixed building hotel/apartments, conveniently located nearby Hannover. My loft was spacious, ample, essential and comfortable. Unfortunately, the basket tray had not been empieted (just some paper but...). Lobby and restaurant pretty nice, with lots of room for a drink or relax. Food quality of medium to high level. Breakfast ok, large buffet with no highlights, a bit dispersed the organization with coffee machine on the other side of the buffet. Minor problem. There is a well equipped fitness room on the ground floor, where guests have to go through to access their room. I found that quite impractical and inconvenient. Getting from my apartment to the lobby, breakfast room, restaurant I had to exti the building and cross an internal road (only guests cars). Maybe it was because of constructions going on, but I found it odd. Overall, good price for money, with just some fixing my review can just go higher.

Loftstyle Hannover

I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel was very good and the room had a very fancy decoration. The welcome when checking in was very good. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were friendly. Bar is open 24/7. Good for late arrivals. A big plus is that this hotel has its own parking garage. That is appreciated when situated in a town.

I had a wonderful stay at Loftstyle. What immediately set apart this hotel is the staff. Everyone I encountered was super nice, thoughtful and made sure I had a great stay. There are many different types of rooms in this unique hotel and I was happy to get a spacious roommate for me and my friend. From the rooftop where there is a restaurant and a small wading pool, you have a very beautiful view of the city, particularly of the water. It's a 360 view and well worth taking a peek even if you don't eat there. Since I'm vegan I had to walk about 15 minutes to my favorite supermarket or 10 minutes to just a regular one which wasn't bad. There was a tram stop right in the corner but there were some construction so I had to walk a little bit further but nothing too bad. They have a nice gym with nicely maintained equipment and even foam rollers. The reception area is also a bar area but it's nice and chill and not rowdy. I felt like I could relax. Reception was exceptionally professional and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first time in the city and I look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel.

Hotel was fine on the whole but do not stay there in the summer months! No air con in rooms and they are baking in all day sun - my colleague and I had two rooms on opposite sides of building so didn’t matter which side you are on - I paid extra for a river view but was looking out at the roof which didn’t feel like great value At midnight it was 27° in the room with window open When I spoke to reception they said they would get a technician onto it - but the only thing that could fix this would be to install aircon! To add insult to injury the clock radio also told you the temperature of the room so you couldn’t escape!

Das am besten ausgestattete Hotelgym in ganz Hannover & Umgebung. Absolut vollwertige Profigeräteausstattung im Bereich Gewichtstraining & Cardiofitness. Wer im Urlaub oder auf Dienstreise gerne sein Training beibehält ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war um Längen gemütlicher & schöner gestaltet als es noch im Restaurant serviert wurde. Im Lobbybereich hat es den Luxuscharakter leider komplett verloren.

Für diesen Preis nicht vertretbar. Im Bad befanden sich noch die zahnputzreste an den Fliesen verteilt, Flecken von irgendetwas, Spiegel abgerissen Der Sessel sehr schön aber mit großen Spuren der Vorgänger. Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt. Sorry nie wieder

Hab meinen Geburtstag mit Freunden und Familie in der rooftop Bar über dem Hotel gefeiert und dann auch dort übernachtet. Am nächsten Tag gemeinsam gefrühstückt mit allen die noch da waren. Top Location, schöne Zimmer und super Service, Lage gut erreichbar mit Öffis, aber etwas außerhalb. Dennoch für meine Zwecke perfekt!
