A great hotel right in the heart of the Old Town, and right next to St Joseph’s Cathedral, and a craft beer bar (if that’s your thing). If you want the truly authentic Hanoi Old Quarter experience, this is the place for you. Hoan Kiem Lake is also just a short walk away. I’ve stayed there twice now and highly recommend it.

Great location, friendly staff particularly the Porter. Only thing bit disappointed by was the price of the water in the hotel fridge (which also was only just cold) was 6 times what it would cost in a shop - I expect a mark-up but of all the hotels we stayed in this was the biggest mark-up by a long way

Frühstücksbuffet inkl. Pho sehr lecker. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer schön und sauber aber leider mit Fenster direkt vor einer Hauswand, sodass Lüften nicht möglich war.

ハノイでリーズナブルかつ便利で安全に泊まりたいならオススメのホテルだと思います

今回は1人で2泊しましたが、物価が安いベトナムとはいえ、このグレードのホテルが朝食付きで5,000円/泊で泊まれるのなら文句のある人はいないのでは？と思いました。立地は旧市街でも利便性の高い場所にあり、タクシーに乗るには、大きな通りまで出る必要がありますが、その分ホテル周辺は騒がしくなく部屋にいて騒音を感じることはありませんでした。建物は決して新しくはないものの、設備や広さは必要にして十分。よく手入れもされていて、不快に思うことはありませんでした。見た目も気にしてシャワーカーテンは着けていないのだと思いますが、そのお陰でシャワーを浴びる度に便器の足元あたりにまでシャワーの水が溜まってしまう（しかも排水がない）のは改善してもらえると嬉しいかな。ベッドも寝心地良かったです。

Loved it !

We stayed in 3 different hotels in Hanoi, all around the same price range (40-50$), this one way absolutely worth the additional 10$. Looks exactly like the pictures. Service is top notch and the hotel is clean. Shower head actually worked too! Only thing that could improve a little, breakfast. But then again, we had a load of exotic fruit, so cant really complain (;

comfortable room but with a inexcusable incident.

room is clean and pretty comfortable but some things to note - my stuffs were thrown out of my room after checking in and only after returning to room at night then i see my luggage being dumped at the walkway. this is very worrying. - aircon is horribly weak. -some black mould has grown in the toilet area.

Room got upgraded to Family room. Room is spacious and clean, breakfast is really good. Location wise not so ideal as it is located in an alley but no big deal, as long as it is clean and quiet.
