A highly recommended Hanoi hotel
Good location, although not right inside the old quarter, it makes you feel less busy, less chaos when you returned after a long day walk. The hotel staff are friendly and they reacted very positively to comments when I checked out. I just recommended that they should install door stopper to control the door opening and also the staff to lower their noise when servicing the room as there are guests next doors who may still be sleeping early in the morning.

飯店靠近還劍湖，步行1分鐘即可到達，假日的晚上可以在還劍湖周邊餐廳小酌，很棒，且飯店人員也很親切，會主動關心住得舒適嗎？餐廳食物吃的習慣嗎?等等，整體來說是間很棒的餐廳，下次再來河內會再考慮入住的，謝謝飯店人員的服務~~~~

靠近還劍湖跟古街，交通非常方便，飯店人員非常親切跟熱心，房間也很棒，早上街上會有攤販叫賣聲，如果很怕吵可能要選不是靠街上的房間，整體而言，這是一家值得再次入住的飯店。

飯店地點非常好離老城區、知名景點還劍湖、聖約瑟大教堂走路5分鐘都可以到達非常方便。 飯店服務人員服務非常熱情和細心，讓人感到很開心。房間很舒適安靜乾淨，睡的很舒服。早上的早餐也很棒，非常豐盛，機場接送也很棒。整體而言這是一家非常棒的飯店。

Very good location, close to the lake.
Front Desk helped us to book a day tour to Halong Bay. We paid as per the brochure. However, we found out during the tour that some other guests in the tour got a USD10/person discount. When the Front Desk staff asked us how was the tour, we told them about this issue. They immediately called the tour company and got the discount amount back for us. We were really impressed. They really try their best to take care of you. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good Location and friendly staffs
We enjoy the trip and was able to relax in our hotel room after visiting the city in such hot climate. Breakfast was nice with different choises (local and international). We also have a free lunch treat by the hotel in the club house which make our experience even more welcoming. We love the happy hours in the club house with a lake view. We would be happy to return to Hanoi and stay in thesame hotel again!!

Good location. Nice breakfast buffet
Friendly staff. Facility is fairly new. Location is good (one block from the lake). In-Room AC works well. Downstair restaurant is very nice and the breakfast buffet is great also.

a cosy hotel in Hanoi
The location is near the Hoan Kiem Lake, which is the heart of the city and closed the old Quarter. If the hotel is in the old Quarter, it should be too busy and crowded. Hanoi Pearl is just nearby and only 7 minutes walking distance is good enough to avoid the busy area. The staff is very friendly and their smile will let you unforgettable. I would like to take a chance here to say thank you to Amanda (front desk), she is very nice and helpful, she made me feel like go back to home. Hanoi Pearl is really a good hotel and highly recommended.

飯店離老城區,還劍湖和河內大教堂都只要走路約五分鐘就可到, 參加當地的旅遊團很方便, 附近也有很多餐廳美食. 雖然屬於小型飯店, 但飯店服務人員態度很好, 有賓至如歸的感受. 客房的格局和裝潢設計很優雅, 有五星級客房的等級, 很喜歡. 附贈的自助式早餐很豐盛, 有西式早餐也有越南料理.

Perfect location for Hoan Kiem lake, just a few minutes walk away. The hotel staff were excellent. Reception team were always available to help guide and make arrangements for our time in Hanoi. Restaurant team were always friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch (especially Patrick and Julie). Housekeeping team were exceptional in ensuring we had everything we needed in our room. We previously stayed at the Hanoi Pearl in 2019 and were glad to find that our return visit in February 2024 was just as good as 5 years ago. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Hanoi.

Yes, I grade 5* on everything . Only a bit hassle if you arrive or leaving during the weekend due to “walking Street” event that limited the traffic. Anyway. Can’t blame on the hotel. it’s beyond their control. Will book this hotel again if I have another chance.
