Wonderful customer service

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanoian Central Hotel because of the excellent service provided. I would like to specially commend Elsa for her wonderful customer service and helpfulness. While waiting for our room she went through the neighborhood map and pointed out the sites to see within walking distance. She booked for us a beautiful day trip Ha Long Bay. She also prepared hats for day tour, will ask you whether you need umbrella on raining day and will also recommend a lot of local foods to go. She made the whole trip of Hanoi better

Elsa made everything so smooth and easy

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 3 nights and one of the highlights of my stay was the incredible support from Elsa at the front desk. She was warm, professional and always had a solution ready. Whether it was helping me book a last minute tour to Ha Long Bay, calling a taxi, or giving me directions to local street food, Elsa made me feel completely at ease in a new city. The hotel itself is spotless and located just a few minutes walk from all the tip sights in the old quarter. The hotel's level of service is on par with any 5 star hotel I've stayed in, and I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hanoi now. Elsa, thank you for making my stay perfect!

My experience at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa exceeded all expectations. The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled in a quiet street yet close to vibrant markets and attractions. Staying at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. The hotel's central location made exploring Hanoi effortless. What stood out the most was the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction. They provided excellent dinning recommendations and assisted with tour bookings. 1. I booked a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony" for 2 nights and I expected there must be some kinds of city views no matter which floor the room. However, I was assigned to Room 108 which the balcony is facing the wall of the nearby building (i.e. no any view at tall). Any room at a higher level with window will have a better view than it. That, what is the reason I have to choose for a room with balcony. The actual provision is totally different from the website photo. If the Hotel consider still it is a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony", please specify clearly in the website. The Hotel was unable to change the room for me on the 1st day. 2. The neighbour had a bright lighting switching ON during night time only and facing the balcony. The curtain at the room was too thin and could not block the light. 3. The window at bathroom was obstructed by a screw (due to deformation of window OR poor installation workmanship) and hence could not be close normally. This is 1st floor. Stranger is able to climb into the premises through this window easily. 4. The worse was that there were cockcrow and dog barking at 5am at neighbour. As Room 108 is located above the kitchen of the Hotel, I could also hear the breakfast preparation sound and staff talking at 6am. 5. Finally, the Hotel helped to change to another room with balcony at higher level (though the view is only roof of the building) for my 2nd night. It was sad to hear that the Hotel realized the noise issue but still assign 108tome

Great Hotel Experience

The hotel is in a great location, good accommodations, but what is really outstanding is their staff. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. Their customer service is top notch, whether it's getting transportation to and from the airport, helping with luggage, to booking city tours. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Service

We had a wonderful stay in Hanoian Central. Molly and the whole staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible. The location is perfect being right in the Old Town and walking distance to many sights. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay if visiting Hanoi.

Excellent Hotel Service

Excellent, friendly service. Cannot rate the service the Hotel staff provided, more highly. The hotel situated right in the centre of Hanoi. Molly and Tiffany in reception helped with organising tours at a very reasonable price and laundry to be done at short notice. Also helping to interpret for us when a difficult situation arose for an outside purchase. Anthony and Daisy deserve special mention: they are by far the most helpful and friendly hotel staff we have ever met in our travels…..and we have travelled extensively.The breakfasts were delicious and they were flexible for us when leaving early on excursions. The Spa body massage was perfect. Thank you

The hotel was in a great location, the breakfast was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Spa on 1st floor was perfect we enjoy our relax time there. Best hotel staff ever, we were in the area to store our bags, and the luggage storage area was closed. They offered to let us store our luggages for free, and were so hospitable throughout. Great staff, convenient location

The staff were the most accommodating. Many of them speaks great english. Can ask for recommendations. The location is very good in the centre in the old quarter only take 5 minutes walking to the night market, 10 minutes to the lake, may restaurants nearby, train street is behind.
