舒適`寬敞`物有所值
我們訂的是雙床房，房間相當寬敞，床舖亦舒適。 雖有點簡陋，但作為旅途上休憩的地方，仍足夠有餘，而且整潔。 房間有個小陽台，可瀏覽城市人的動態，雖對著馬路，但酒店方面卻做足隔音措施。 而且鄰近劍橋湖及周邊商店，生活機能方便。 早餐多選擇。 我們都覺得，住了河內多間酒店，這間最舒服稱心。

Arrived on the first day was told that the big room was changed to a small room with lake view. Because the change not told before, I did not like the change. However hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel is located in the lake area. To the other side is very convenient. Breakfast style can choose a lot. If come to Hanoi again here will be my first choice.

Delightful staff and location!!
Just as other guests' comments, the service in this hotel is great! The front desk staff are kind and helpful, and you know they care about your stay and your schedule! They really go beyond the call of their duty to be good neighbors to me. It is a homey hotel - and represents the kind people of Hanoi well. I will definitely come back and stay when I visit Hanoi again.

Hotel was in an amazing location. We stayed in a room with a view over hoan kiem lake which qas lovely. However, the room coyld hqve done with bettwr double glazing as the noise never stopped. Also no curtain over door onto balcony so need eye mask to block out the light in the morning. Thry did a realy nice breakfast.

Great location, big room and friendly staff.
Really good location close to the lake and in the old quarter. Room was very big and they allowed us to check in much earlier than described, which allowed us to nap shortly after our long flight! Very friendly staff and everything was clean and tidy. Didn’t have the breakfast as left early so cannot comment on this.

very good in service with smile of staffs, although price is reasonable! Location is good for reaching restaurants and pubs. Good for a walk along the lake as well. Breakfast was amazing, cooked upon ur requests !! Kind and friendly staffs.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. A+ location smack in the middle of everything. The door to my room wasnt very soundproof but it didnt bother me much. Overall very happy with the hotel and I would stay there again.

ホアンキアム湖まですぐの立地が最高でした。対応も良くてみなさん良い方で好印象でした。オーダー式の朝食も口コミ通りとてもよかったです。口コミで心配していたカギの件は確かに使いにくかったですが、基本的に2回回せば大丈夫ですのでコツさえつかめれば問題ないと思います。部屋からの眺めは気にしてなかったですが、レイクビューの方が良かったかなとちょっと思いました。またハノイに行く際には利用したいと思います。
