Located on the 3rd floor of a building on one of the oldest streets in Hanoi, Homestay 38C Bát Đàn features a modern design that offers an ideal private space right in the heart of the city. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake — the heart of Hanoi and a must-visit spot for both locals and tourists. The private balcony is the perfect place to relax, with a wonderful view of the bustling Old Quarter while retaining the area's unique charm.
Like most local houses in the Old Quarter, Bat Dan House is located inside a small alley and has only stair access with no elevator. If you need help with your luggage, just let me know in advance — I’m more than happy to assist!
Just a heads-up: since you’ll need to climb stairs, the space might not be the best fit for elderly guests or those who have difficulty walking.
