I was for 1 day in this hotel at the airport! When I arrived at 10:00 pm, I came to a room, where the windows and the door were open and the ircondition was on. The temperatur was at 15 celsius and there was NO heater! But the absolutly worst was, that the bett linen was not fresh or changed! The bettline was not irond, it smell terrible and it was extrem dirty! When I opened the bett linen, I found many black hairs on it. I was really disgusted!!!! I know, it was a hotel with only 2 stars, but a clean room with clean and fresh bett linen, I expact also in a 2 star hotel! I over 30 years, I visit differnt holtes on the world, that was the worst stay I ever had! I think, the room was rent before I come for one 1 hour to a couple who don´t need it longer for their action. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Dishonest listings — don’t book the VIP room!!!
This hotel appears reasonably well-constructed for a hotel in its price range, but the management and maintenance needs serious improvement. My booking was for a VIP room, with king-size bed, larger room area, and city views. The first room the hotel staff gave me had two twin beds. When I insisted that I had booked the VIP room with larger area and king bed, the staff showed us two other rooms barely larger than the bed itself and just said “they’re all VIP”. One of the rooms was still dirty from the previous occupant!! I did not receive what I booked and paid for, and this hotel had no intention of providing it. The classification “VIP room” and the square meter number listed as the area of the room was false and given in bad faith. Other issues: elevator call button on the ground floor didn’t work, “balcony” outside the bathroom is a security risk with the window is open, and allows other guests to walk by and spy on you while in the room even when the window is closed.

Det var svært at kommunikere med receptionisten ift. afhentning i lufthavn. Lokale måtte hjælpe os. Selve sengen var som at sove på en trækasse/et gulv, der var på ingen måde affjedring.

Per l’utilizzo che ne abbiamo fatto e il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, la struttura andava modestamente bene. Pulizia non delle migliori, asciugami un po’ sporchi, bagno non pulitissimo e personale gentile ma che non parla inglese.... se ci dovete passare una sola notte come abbiamo fatto noi per l’estrema vicinanza all’aereoporto, armatevi di un po’ di spirito di adattamento e andrá piú che bene

The room is very tiny but comfortable even though there is no natural sunlight unless you open the fire escape window which is opaque. Most of the staff members were very friendly and always willing to help. The maids on the other hand seem to have 0 training. We suspected (though we cannot say for sure, i dont want to falsely accuse anyone) one was trying to steal my wifes bra and some instant noodles. If you dont lock your door they will come in whenever they want and turn on the light with no warning. It doesn't matter if your sleeping or naked. My biggest issue with the place was germs. This actually caused me to checkout 2 days early. The maids will brush the toilet, THEN WHIP THE BRUSH TO DRAIN THE WATER AND PUT IT IN THE BATHROOM SINK! I also see them walking around in contaminated gloves opening everyone's doors and handling towels, sheets, drinking water, toothbrushes etc. the hotel ran out of soap for 3 days and had not gotten back any up until we left. My wife and i saw the same maids peeling vegetables in the kitchen, i am not sure if they were cooking for themselves or for the guests but it was around breakfast time. This lead us to assume they were the chefs so we stopped eating the free breakfast. The hotel is very close to the airport and check in was quick and easy. The hotel surroundings were usually quiet and peaceful. The place is a bit far from the centre though so you can expect to pay 700kvnd per round trip to the centre

エアコンに暖房がなく寒かった事、朝食は食べる気が起こらない内容で 食べなかった、これがラオスのレベルか!料金相当なのか! 送迎無料サービスはチェックイン時だけで空港へは有料、詐欺!

We stayed at the hotel 1 night. The location is great and very close to the airport. Unfortunately, because of the communication issue, we had to wait for the shuttle service for about hour.The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean, but there was no heating system. It was 50F degree in Hanoi at night and we were sleeping with our jackets on because it was freezing cold inside of the room.

Free airport shuttle both ways!
We booked this hotel for just one night as we were flying out early the next morning. They provide free airport shuttle both ways! However they don't have a restaurant for lunch or dinner and we left too early for breakfast so I can't comment on that. Not many choices of places to eat. Beds were very hard but the price was right and it was for such a short amount of time we decided not to worry about it!

Breakfast room/ restaurant is surprisingly excellent!! Room is neat and adequate 'free' shuttle was not free, taxi charged me more than meter. Wasn't a big deal as was still less than US$3, but not free It's neat and adequate, breakfast was awesome, as us the 7th floor view. Yes, I would stay there again. Less than 5 mins from airport. It's 30-40 from Hanio, so not suitable for a long stay, great as a 'night before flight's hotel
