Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2024. The hotel is located on a side street off of one of the main shopping streets in central Hanoi old quarter, so it is surprisingly quiet at night, yet only seconds from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was as advertised - modern, clean, very comfortable bed, decent shower. The hotel is maintained to a good standard and everything in our room worked as expected. The front desk staff were great - a young team who worked hard looking after all the guests and spoke very good English. Breakfast was delicious - its not a large hotel, so the range of options is not as vast as at a bigger hotel, but there were 6 hot dishes to choose from, a selection on bread and pastries, fruit, smoothies, and even an al a carte menu with options for everyone that seemed to arrive only minutes after ordering. Very happy customer and would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi!

An ok experience but hotel is not in the most accessible location and amenities are limited. Breakfast is too early. Given the competition around the area this isn’t worth it.

Hotel convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. Especially like that it is so close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Room was quite pretty and with nice ceramic cups. The room I had, an Executive Double, is pretty small. Wi-Fi was a bit weak and I could not connect a few times. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, though I had some difficulty understanding their English.

You get what you pay for. The room is very cheap, the location is good. It's very close to the Old Quarter Area. The management of the hotel is ok. After we got the key card to check-in, we saw the cleaning lady was still cleaning the room, so we had to go back to the lobby and wait. We asked for extra pillows for the room (they only give you two), and the front desk just leave the pillows we asked for on the couch in the lobby, very unsanitary. Breakfast is very average, very little options, taste ok, they're enough to fill me up. But I'd rather get breakfast from foodstalls outside. Would not recommend this place.

The hotel was located in a great location so we were able to quickly walk out and grab something to eat or check out different sites in Old Quarter. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Our Ha Long bay cruise was cancelled last minute due to weather and we were able to quickly get another room here!

Ett väldigt fint litet hotell med trevligt inredda rum med extremt sköna sängar! Väldigt positivt är också att AC är väldigt kraftfulla också vilket är fantastiskt skönt under de heta dagarna och nätterna i Hanoi.

Trevligt och välstädat hotell med mysig atmosfär
Hotellet ligger i en liten gränd mitt i gamla stadsdelen. Det finns gott om restauranger och kaféer runtomkring. Hotellet är rent och fräscht och välstädat. Rummen har en trevlig atmosfär med extremt sköna sängar! Ett tips är att boka ett rum med "no view" för att få ett riktigt tyst rum så att gatustojet inte kommer in genom något fönster. Rekommenderar detta hotell!

The horror mansion.
베트남에서 묵은 호텔 중에 최악의 경험 Hands down, the worst hotel experience during my stay in Vietnam. 처음으로 돈과 시간이 아깝다는 생각이 든 호텔. The first hotel ever I felt it is not at all worth with my money and time. 막힌 욕실 배수구 때문에 항상 발목 높이에 차있는 물에서 샤워 Clogged bathtub drain made me always ankle deep filled shower. 온수는 5분 틀면 15분을 기다려야 나옴. Hot water stops every 5 mins and should wait every 15 minutes. 창문은 있으나 보이는 광경이 끔찍함. There is a window with a horrible view. 다낭에서 묵었던 20달러 짜리 호텔보다 못했음. It was way worse than 20bucks villa I took in Danang.

Small, nice, clean, quiet and super central
The small hotel is perfectly situated in the old quarter. 1 min to the night market, 1 min to the bar street, close to the lake. Even it is totally in the city center it was really quiet in the night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel was just newly renovated and all looks clean and nice. I really can recommend this little juwel.
