2 floor room clean and spacious, would recommed
Spacious 2 floor room with cool decor. Clean room, comfy bed and staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower room was a little small, restaurant was just ok, could do better. Overall would recommend as the best hotel in that area.

Really nice hotel, great location, and price is reasonable. We like the breakfast, especially the beef noodle. Yummy😋. We had very nice experience staying at this hotel. Recommend

Amazing stay at the la siesta
Thanh the front desk officer and Luc the hotel manager provided us extraordinary service. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Hanoi, very close to many of the famous attractions in Hanoi. I will definitely visit this once again soon. The hotel breakfast on the 9th floor were very nice and fresh which is pretty rare. Visit this hotel if you ever visit Hanoi if you don’t want to miss out on such an amazing experience.

Amazing brand new hotel. Most attentive staff I have ever seen (and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels). Check in girl took the time to walk us through all the attractions and restaurants in old quarter then personally walked to our room. She always address us by our name when we leave and come in Room (especially bathroom) a little on the small side but gorgeous decor.

La Siesta Premium Hang Be was the best hotel we stayed at in Hanoi. After our trip to another part of Vietnam we stayed at a different hotel when we came back to Hanoi. We wish we would have stayed at La Siesta Hang Be again. The service/staff members were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had during our time around Vietnam. We arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend staying at La Siesta Hang Be. You will love everything about the building and the staff who make the experience so well worth it.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and extremely accomodating when we experienced some noise issues with our original room. They fixed the issue in a very timely manner and ensured that we were comfortable and happy! We received some great restaurant and tour recommendations as well as a wonderful spa experience during our stay. This hotel experience was excellent! Highly recommend.

The Hotel is 5*. From the moment we made initial contact the staff, service, accommodation, restaurant, facilities, and decor was amazing. There is nothing I would change. The the restaurant had a beautiful view, service and food were great, and even had vegetarian options. This hotel is in the Old Quarter so easy to walk around and enjoy. We missed a night due to not getting a visa on time and the staff were super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is in the middle of everything and completely walkable to all of old quarter. Breakfast was great every morning and we had dinner at the hotel once and it was wonderful. The bar at the top had great views, drinks, & snacks, but we chose to walk around and have drinks in town, much cheaper. Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We did book late and the only option left was the windowless rooms so we didn’t have a view in an already dark room. I think a windowless room is doable for 1 or 2 nights, but we were there 4 nights and I was wanting some fresh air and sunlight. Otherwise, everything was great!

This hotel is in the perfect location in Hanoi to explore delicious food and great shopping. The rooms are delightful and the breakfast is so delicious! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They will go out of their way to make your stay confortable. A special thanks to mIss Ngan Phan who gave us amazing reccommendations on what to see and where to eat. We had a wonderful time and we will dedinitely stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect 10/10. Exceptional stay in the old quarter of Hanoi. Can’t wait to return. Rooms clean spacious and well appointed. Hotel amenities are excellent. From the spa on the ground floor to the Cloud Nine restaurant and lighthouse sky bar. Phu assisted us at check in and throughout our stay. We dinner reservations, recommendations. Excursions Water Puppet theatre show tickets and more. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Hanoi for the first time.
